Your vacation matters!
LiUNAcare Local 183 is committed to promoting a healthy future for you and your eligible dependents.
Various collective agreements require contributing employers remit vacation pay to LiUNAcare Local 183 at a rate of ten percent (10%) of gross earnings. Vacation pay is held on behalf of each member and is paid from LiUNAcare annually between June 1st and 15th of each year.
Members may request interim payouts throughout the year by completing a Vacation Pay Withdrawal Application and submitting it to Member Services. Any discrepancies with your Vacation Pay amount should be accompanied with a Vacation Pay Problem Form along with photocopies of all pay stubs for all work months and submitted or mailed Member Services.
